Suddie Terms of Service

Welcome to Suddie! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the Suddie platform ("the Platform") and the services provided, whether you are a general user or a Suddie Club member. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview

1.1 Who We Are:
Suddie operates as a referral agency that connects users with independent, professional service providers ("Suddie Pros") for home cleaning, pet grooming, auto detailing, and other related services.
1.2 Independent Contractors:
The services you receive are provided by independent subcontractors, not by Suddie employees. Suddie serves as a referral platform and is not responsible for the direct actions or omissions of subcontractors.

2. General Users vs. Members

2.1 Non-Members ("General Users"):
General users can browse services, request bookings, and receive standard services without joining the Suddie Club. General users do not have access to member-exclusive perks.
2.2 Suddie Club Members:
Suddie Club members enjoy additional perks, including exclusive rates, priority scheduling, complimentary upgrades, and invitations to community events.

3. Membership Terms (for Suddie Club Members)

3.1 Membership Eligibility:
Membership is available to users who are 18 years or older. By signing up, you agree to provide accurate information.
3.2 Membership Fees (if applicable):
Suddie Club membership may require a subscription fee based on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Auto-Renewal (if applicable):
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Members will be notified of upcoming renewals.
3.4 Cancellation and Pausing:
You can cancel or pause your membership at any time through your account settings. Pausing a membership suspends benefits for a specified period.

4. Use of Services (Applies to All Users)

4.1 Booking Services:
All service bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slots.
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Users and members must provide at least [X] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4.3 Service Interruptions:
If services are interrupted or delayed due to factors such as subcontractor availability or emergencies, Suddie will notify users and reschedule as needed.

5. Suddie Club Perks and Benefits (Members Only)

5.1 Member-Only Rates:
Members receive special discounts, bundled packages, and exclusive offers via promo codes or direct savings.
5.2 Priority Scheduling:
Members can access premium time slots, even during peak periods.
5.3 Premium Upgrades:
Complimentary service add-ons, such as specialty products or enhanced finishes, are provided as part of member services.
5.4 Community Events:
Members receive invitations to Suddie-hosted events such as meetups, yoga sessions, and local gatherings via Meetie.org.

6. Referral Agency Role

6.1 Independent Subcontractors:
All services provided are performed by subcontractors who operate independently of Suddie. By booking services through the platform, you acknowledge that Suddie is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses caused by subcontractors.
6.2 Quality Assurance:
Although Suddie carefully vets its subcontractors, service quality may vary. We encourage feedback to maintain high standards and assist with disputes if they arise.

7. Member and User Conduct

7.1 Respect for Suddie Pros:
We expect all users to treat Suddie Pros with courtesy and respect. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services or membership.
7.2 Community Guidelines:
Participation in events or online discussions through the platform must be respectful and free from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate content.

8. Refunds and Disputes

8.1 Refund Policy:
Refunds for services are subject to review and are not guaranteed. If you encounter an issue, contact Suddie customer support to resolve the matter.
8.2 Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, arbitration may be used as a final resolution step before legal action.

10. Marketing Consent

By using Suddie’s services or becoming a Suddie Club member, you agree to receive communications, including promotional emails, offers, and updates, from Suddie, our parent company Vismation, and its subsidiaries. These communications may include information about related products, services, events, and exclusive content designed to enhance your experience.

Opt-Out:
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our emails or by updating your preferences in your account settings. Please note that opting out of promotional emails will not affect important service-related communications, such as booking confirmations or account updates.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Suddie, including logos and digital assets, are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Modifications to Services or Terms

Suddie reserves the right to update its services or terms of service at any time. Users and members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suddie is not liable for damages arising from service delays, cancellations, or contractor-related issues.
